Insurance Clients (Using In-Network or Out of Network Benefits):
- If you are unsure of your insurance coverage, we would be happy to check your insurance benefits for you prior to your first appointment and send you an email with an estimate of your coverage and fees.
- The easiest way for us to do so is if you send a picture of the front and back of your insurance card along with your birthday or fill out our insurance verification form.
- You can also enter this information through your client portal.

- We will directly bill your insurance company for you so there is no additional paperwork for you to complete.
- HSA/FSA/HRA cards are able to be used for payment along with all major credit cards.
Self-Pay/Uninsured Clients (Not Using Insurance or Do Not Have Insurance):
In compliance with the No Surprise Act, we will provide a Good Faith Estimate of costs for clients who are uninsured or those who choose not to use their insurance. For more information about Good Faith Estimates please click here
