Are you feeling frustrated, exhausted, and confused in your relationship with your ADHD partner?
Do you wish your partner would get their act together and just adult already?


This six-week interactive group facilitated by Sydney Walden and Danielle Kepler aims to provide support and connection leaving the participants feeling empowered.
What to expect from the group:
- Connection with other partners of ADHD diagnosed people–who know what you are going through.
- Perspectives, strategies, and resources–tips to improve your relationship and day-to-day functioning.
- Guest Speaker: Financial Coach–Presentation and Q&A on ADHD and managing money.
- Guest Speaker: Professional Organizer–Presentation and Q&A on ADHD and maintaining an organized home.
Is this group right for you? Do you:
- Struggle to unravel your partner’s ADHD symptoms from their personality traits?
- Feel all alone and misunderstood for just wanting consistency and order?
- Feel like you are losing the battle to keep your home organized?
- Find financial issues a source of conflict?
Requirements to participate:
- Your partner has a diagnosis of ADHD (inattentive, hyperactive, or combined).
- You have been in your relationship for at least two years.
- Participants will be required to complete a brief screening (15-minute phone call)
Group Meeting Dates/Times:
Group will meet weekly, every Wednesday starting 6/4/25 at 7 pm
- 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, 6/25, 7/9, 7/16
- Each meeting will be an hour to an hour and a half (speaker)
